He believes that to be successful, creative must advance a company’s objective – not just its ego.

Meet Kevin Fullerton, a creative director who believes creative isn’t the end-all, be-all. He’s a communicator first. An artist second. That mind-set has served him well.

During the past 20 years, he has held a variety of positions all offering him increasing responsibility and experience. From designer to art director and finally creative director, he has helped mold young companies and their brands. Each post prepared him for, and propelled him toward, the leap he ultimately took in 2006 when he opened Springboard Creative, dedicated to launching small business brands.

Now at the controls, Kevin has the opportunity to shape his own business. In doing so, he lives and works according to one word: Mono o’i’o. It’s Hawaiian for “believe.”
